Preparation of Accounts  We prepare most accounts in-house and this department is run by Belinda, who is one of our Directors and a Chartered Accountant. Larger unincorporated business accounts are prepared by CABSYS Ltd. MHR Ltd prepares all tax computations and negotiates with the Revenue for accounts produced in-house and by CABSYS. We also have a very few clients who prepare their own accounts and pass them on to us to do their tax and Tax Returns. Preparation of accounts is of course necessary for the Inland Revenue, but in my experience, most small to medium businesses are really only interested in how much tax is due. We concentrate on the tax side and will help in negotiations with the Inland Revenue if you have difficulties in payment although this can be limited as the Revenue tends to want to peak to you, not us. There is now a dedicated Business Payment Support line on 0845 302 1435, They will (normally) make an arrangement with you to pay over an agreed period. |
